Observed the record. The amount of outstanding stamp duty and registration fee against the opponent has been deposited by them, which has been confirmed by the District Sub-Registrar, Pakur . Since the amount of deficient stamp duty and registration fee has been deposited by the opponent. For this reason, there does not seem to be any justification to continue the proceedings of the described suit initiated against the opponent at present. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, further proceedings in the said suit are terminated
