After selecting President, Secretary and Treasurer as per rules from amongst other members of the Self Help Group excluding the present President, Secretary and Treasurer of Islam Self Help Group Public Distribution System License No. 07/12, District Supply Officer, Pakur, will provide allocation of ration to Islam Self Help Group and on the basis of the allocation provided, will get the Public Distribution System shop operated through the newly selected President, Secretary and Treasurer under his constant supervision and will ensure distribution of food grains and other materials to the card holders associated with them without any interruption. The appellants of the described case will continue as members of Islam Self Help Group.
