Therefore, in the light of the above facts, confirming the recommendation received from the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Pakur regarding removal (dismissal) of the opponent Gram Pradhan from the post of Gram Pradhan of Mauja-Rajdaha, the opponent Chaitan Tudu, father-Sundar Tudu, resident-Tarni, Thana-Gopikandar, District-Dumka (Jharkhand) is removed (dismissed) from the post of Gram Pradhan of Mauja-Rajdaha. At the same time, if the court passes an order in favour of the opponent Gram Pradhan in the title suit number-25/09 filed in the court of the Hon'ble Sub-Judge, First-Pakur, then he will be free to file an appeal against the order passed in the described suit by the court of the undersigned.
