➤ RCMS राज्य के सभी राजस्व पदाधिकारियों के अनुश्रवण साम्यर्थता को भी बढ़ाएगा | हाँलाकि RCMS को न्यायिक अदालत के कार्यवाही के विकल्प के तौर पर न समझा जाए |
➤ विभिन्न राजस्व न्यायलय द्वारा की गयी कार्यवाही एवं पारित आदेश की अभिप्रमाणित प्रति प्रभारी अभिलेखागार पदाधिकारी द्वारा निर्गत किया जायेगा |
➤ किसी भी प्रकार की पृच्छा / स्पष्टीकरण के लिए सम्बंधित राजस्व न्यायालय के पीठासीन पदाधिकारी से संपर्क किया जाय |

➤ Revenue Court Monitoring System will also improve monitoring capabilities by officers of the state government; however Revenue Court Monitoring System is not to be understood as a substitute to legal court proceedings.
